For those not on a multi-session plan, a $30/hour booking fee reserves your slot, refundable if canceled more than 48 hours before the appointment. Appointment changes within a 48 hour window must be made directly with the office.
Generally the last 15 minutes of an appointment is to transition back from a relaxed state to a drivable state. If you know you will need more time to transition, please schedule additional time. Remember some of this work is so relaxing or gives you such a natural high, you should not schedule anything significant after.
